Warm-up

 

3 rounds

 

25 double unders

10 back extensions

5 pull-ups

5 ring dips

 

Workout of the day (WOD

 

8 rounds for time:

 

8 deadlift (225lbs, scale as needed)

16 box jumps (24 inch)

8 Superplanks

16 sit-ups

 

I did this workout when I visited CrossFit St. Louis it's a good one.

Keigan, post race.  Feeling a bit nauseous but still eating...
