3 pressing snatch balance
3 heaving snatch balance
3 snatch balance
Workout of the day (WOD)
3 rounds
10 clean and jerk (135lbs, scale as needed)
15 ring dips
20 53lb kettlebell swings

The clean and jerks went down fast and furious with Kevin behind the bar and son cheering him on! We have a contender! Kevin will be representing Eaton in the CrossFit Games Regional qualifier at Front Range Crossit, next Month. Good Luck Kevin!
