From Down Under...

 Warm-up with 5 rounds of:

3 overhead squat

3 pressing snatch balance

3 heaving snatch balance

3 snatch balance

 

Workout of the day (WOD)

3 rounds

10 clean and jerk (135lbs, scale as needed)

15 ring dips

20 53lb kettlebell swings

 

Workout from Loveland CrossFit via the Australian CrossFit Games Qualifier Wod #1

 

 

The clean and jerks went down fast and furious with Kevin behind the bar and son cheering him on! We have a contender! Kevin will be representing Eaton in the CrossFit Games Regional qualifier at Front Range Crossit, next Month. Good Luck Kevin!
