Efficiency in movemenent

"You know it would more efficient to roll that thing where you want it."

"So true, but not as fun."

Things you hear while flipping a tire.

 

WOD

Run/Row 4 minutes for distance

Rest 3 minutes then Run/Row 2 minutes for distance

Rest 2 minutes then Run/Row 1 minute for distance

Rest 1 minutes then Run/Row 1 minute for distance

Rest 3 minutes then Run/Row cumulative distance  from above for time.

Makes complete sense right?
