Max Rep...

 

WOD:

Max Reps: 30 seconds of each couplet then 30 seconds rest. Three rounds total with a minute rest between rounds. The couplets were:

 

Squat/Box Jump

Ring Row/Push-Ups

Ball Slams/Swings

Row(calories)/Push Press

Deadlift/Double unders
